Shipping policy

I wrap and pack orders using 99‰ recycled packaging from my suppliers. 

Orders are sent via PassTheParcel and shipping will take between 2 to 5 business days. 

All orders are tracked and tracking numbers are provided via email once they have been logged with PassTheParcel. 

In the instance of late or lost items please contact Pass the Parcel directly on 0800 727 784. 

Zens Garden Nz Ltd. does not replace items that have been stolen upon delivery but use the signature required option in level 2 areas to try to ensure this does not happen. 

In the event that the selected shipping option is not adequate or more than required I will contact you before shipping your purchased items to correct your order.
